Specialty coffee accounts for less than 10% of global coffee production. It is a coffee of the highest quality, which hides a variety of aromas and tastes. We try to roast them lighter so that their unique characteristics that they bring with them from the farm stand out.
We buy specialty coffees in the shortest possible way – as directly as possible from farmers. When roasting, we pay attention to their delicacy and consistency – so that the coffee is in no way affected by roasting so much that its specifics are not preserved. Some coffees in our selection of coffees are roasted on espresso, others on a filter. You will find information about the degree of roasting for each of them.
